Pegg Cup vs Pine Rivers- John Oxley Reserve

Pack a lunch, maybe an overnight bag, when Souths' new side in the Pegg Cup play the Pine Rivers Boars at John Oxley Reserve, Murrumba Downs on Saturday afternoon.

Kick-off is at 1:30 pm.

Friday, 11th May

Normanby Cup vs Brothers - Jack Ross Oval

Its a short turnaround for Souths' Normanby Cup boys with two games in two weeks. After a close game against Wests, they look to improve on that performance when they take on the Filth at Jack Ross Oval, Crosby Road, Albion.

Kick-off is at 8:20 pm.

Round One vs Sunnybank - Chipsy Wood Oval

The Premier Rugby competition games which were abandoned last Saturday will be held at Chipsy Wood on Tuesday night.

So get up to the Nest and cheer on your Magpies when they take on the Sunnybank Dragons in the Queensland Premier Rugby season opener.

BBQ and Canteen will be open.

Game times are as follows:

• 8:00pm Premier Grade

Saturday, 5th May

Round Two vs GPS- Yoku Rd, Ashgrove

After last weekends matches at the Nest were washed out, Souths Magpies will cross the river to Yoku Road at Ashgrove to take on GPS in Round Two of the Queensland Premier Rugby competition.

GPS will be looking to emulate their opening round win over Norths (28-17), while our boys with little rest from their midweek victory over Sunnybank, willl be keen to show one of this year's Premiership favourites that Tuesday night was no fluke. 

Pegg Cup vs Sunnybank - Oldmac Oval

Souths' new side in the Pegg Cup play the Dragons at Sunnybank on Saturday afternoon.

Kick-off is at 1:30 pm on Field 2.

Friday, 4th May

Normanby Cup vs Wests - Chipsy Wood Oval

With only five teams in this competition and no re-draw, Souths' Normanby Cup boys will actually play this week, hosting the Wests Bulldogs at The Nest. If you're allergic to the northside, take this early opportunity to cheer on the Magpies this weekend.

Kick-off is at 7 pm.

Heavy overnight rains have left our fields unplayable and this weekend's matches (and Ladies Day) have been abandoned.

Games will be rescheduled for the Bye weekend on 14th July.

Ladies Day will be rescheduled shortly.

Normanby Cup - BYE

Following more withdrawals, there remains only five teams in this competition. No re-draw has been done so there are more byes than John Farnham's career.
