All players selected in any team must be fully financial registered players or be in an acceptable payment arrangement approved by the Rugby management team.

Team selection is a "top down" process commencing with the selection of the Premier Grade XV.  Uninjured players not selected in the Premier Grade XV, must then be selected in the 1st Grade XV and so forth down to 5th Grade.  There will not be a "greasy pole" methodology of selection i.e. a player who has been training with a higher grade cannot be dropped two grades or more.

We have a large number of Senior Grades players in 2012 and it is imperative that financial players are selected on merit and are given the maximum opportunity to play the most football that they can throughout the year.  There is not to be "squads" developing when it comes to selection from week to week.
