TEAM OF THE WEEK - ROUND 13 v Rugby Gold Coast Breakers

With only two games played over this weekend, it has been decided not to name a full team of the week. The Premier Grade and the Premier Colts both had stirring wins at the Gold Coast, with each team finishing the round on top of their respective competition ladders.

While no full TOTW will be named, special mention should be made of the unstoppable hooker, Saia Faingaa, block-busting centres Albert Vulivuli and Anthony Faingaa and rampaging #8, Paula Kaho for laying down the foundation of the Caxton Cup win (24-19) in Premier Grade. My apologies, I almost forgot to mention the fantastic contribution made by replacement prop, Mikey Baice, who came on soon after halftime to replace Sam Denny. In his first Premier Grade game Mikey was rock solid and and put in a great effort both in the scrum and in general play. Well done Mikey!!

In the earlier game in Premier Colts (17-12 win), special mentions go to the flying match winning winger Pama Fou, consistent and determined centre/flanker Tom Armstrong and gutsy hooker Alex Casey.

Congratulations to all players on a great Round of Rugby!!!!
